— CONSULTATION
TeslaFormer Chair.
A consultation and clinical assessment for pelvic floor strength and confidence — using a non-invasive, seated, energy-based treatment, planned personally by an experienced practitioner. We start by understanding your concerns and what’s on your mind, then talk through what’s realistic for you, in private.
— 02 / ABOUT THE TESLAFORMER CHAIR
About the TeslaFormer Chair.
The TeslaFormer Chair is a non-invasive, fully clothed, seated treatment that uses functional magnetic stimulation to prompt the pelvic floor muscles to contract. It’s used to support pelvic floor strength, which may help with confidence and comfort for some people. It’s assessed individually, and results vary.
A consultation comes first. Some pelvic floor or continence concerns can have medical causes, so we assess you and, where appropriate, recommend medical review before anything proceeds. No two plans are the same.

— 04 / ABOUT THE PELVIC FLOOR
About the pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that can weaken over time — with age, after childbirth, and for other reasons. It is very common, and how much it affects you is entirely personal.
Whether it’s something to work on — and what approach might suit — depends on your circumstances and any medical factors. Some concerns benefit from medical assessment, discussed during your consultation. This section is general information only.
NON-INVASIVE
A comfortable treatment with no downtime for most people — the practitioner explains what to expect.
FULLY CLOTHED
You remain seated and fully clothed throughout. Results build over a course and are assessed individually.
