Douaa's hands learned anatomy under pressure, long shifts in emergency departments where airways, vasculature, and split-second judgement were the work. Refine is what happens when that training is poured into a slower, more intimate craft.
She built the clinic she could not find: educationally honest, anatomically conservative, and uninterested in the trends. Patients are seen, listened to, and given a plan, not a procedure.
