— 01 / CONSULTATION
A consultation and clinical assessment for nurse-led IV therapy — planned personally, reviewed by a prescriber where required, and administered in clinic by a registered nurse. We start by understanding you and your history, then talk through what’s appropriate and safe.
— 02 / ABOUT BIO REGENERATION
IV therapy delivers fluids and, where clinically appropriate and prescribed, other components directly into a vein — administered in clinic by a registered nurse. At Refine it always begins with a consultation and, where required, a prescriber review before anything is considered.
We don’t list formulas, ingredients or outcomes on this page. What’s appropriate — if anything — depends on your health, your history and a clinical assessment, and it’s discussed privately rather than advertised. Individual suitability is assessed first.

— 03 / WHAT TO EXPECT
Your appointment begins with a clinical discussion of your concerns, goals and expectations. The practitioner assesses your skin to support a personalised plan, with information provided ahead of any decision.
Where a prescription component may be involved, a prescriber reviews and authorises it. Nothing is decided from a page, or on the spot.
If, and only if, it’s clinically appropriate, any infusion is given in clinic by a registered nurse, with each step explained as you go.
Aftercare is personalised and discussed with you, so you know what to expect afterwards. Follow-up is arranged where appropriate.
— 04 / ABOUT SKIN QUALITY & RENEWAL
Skin quality — firmness, texture, hydration and how refreshed skin looks — changes over time as a natural part of ageing, sun exposure and lifestyle. It happens gradually, and how much it bothers you is entirely personal.
Whether it’s something to address — and what approach might suit — depends on your skin, your concerns and what’s realistic to achieve. These factors are reviewed clinically during your consultation. This section is general information only.
SKIN QUALITY
Firmness, texture and how refreshed the skin looks can change over time.
A GRADUAL APPROACH
Supporting skin quality is a gradual process, assessed and planned individually.
REVIEWED WITH YOU
Whether, where and how much is assessed clinically and in person — never from a page.
— 05 / IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This page advertises a consultation and provides general information only. It does not promote any medicine, formula or outcome. IV therapy is a clinical procedure; any procedure carries risks, and suitability is determined in person before anything proceeds.

Because IV therapy is a clinical service, not a menu. What’s appropriate — if anything — depends on your health and an assessment, and it’s discussed privately, not advertised.
That’s exactly what the consultation is for. Some people aren’t suitable, and we’ll tell you honestly after assessing you.

No. A consultation is just that — there’s no pressure, and nothing proceeds without an assessment.
It varies between individuals; any specifics are explained to you in person. This is a clinical procedure and carries risks, which we discuss openly.
No. This service isn’t advertised to, or aimed at, under-18s.
